*The policy of the Board of Trustees, with reference to funds given to Windsor United Church, either by gift or as a beneficiary under a Will, is to regard such gift as a legacy to be invested and the income from which would represent the donor's continuing support of the church into the future.
If a donor or testator stipulates in a Will, or as a term of the gift, that the money be used for a specific purpose, the funds would be invested and the income directed to this end.
If the Will or instructions of a donor specifically stated the capital sum was to be used to fulfill immediate need, the funds would be so used.
